VLA Peptides was founded by analytical chemists who spent years buying research material and re-testing it themselves, because the paperwork that arrived rarely matched the powder. We built the company around the opposite premise: the certificate should describe the vial in your hand, by lot, or the lot should not ship.
Synthesis is contracted to audited partners under our own specifications. Release testing is independent. Everything is stored at −20°C in a monitored facility, allocated by lot, and dispatched the same working day. Our customers are university groups, contract research organizations and diagnostics developers.

1. Who we sell to. VLA Peptides supplies research reference standards to verified research organizations, universities, hospital research groups, contract research organizations, diagnostics developers, and commercial R&D laboratories. Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older and must acknowledge the Research Use Only statement below at each visit.
2. Research Use Only. All products are supplied strictly as reference standards for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority for safety or efficacy. They are not for human or veterinary use. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliant handling, storage, disposal, and end use.
3. Orders and pricing. Flat list prices apply. Volume discounts (−8%, −15%, −22%) apply automatically at 5, 10, and 25 units per SKU. Payment processing fees are disclosed as a separate line on the cart and Stripe payment page. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and title. Orders cleared before 14:00 ET ship the same working day. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon transfer to the carrier. Cold-pack and 2-day options are available at the rates shown at checkout.

6. Compliance. Import, export, and use of research materials is the purchaser's responsibility. Purchasers in jurisdictions where possession or use of a listed compound is restricted must not order that compound.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLA Peptides' aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product supplied is limited to the purchase price of that product. VLA Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any damages arising from use of a product other than as a laboratory reference standard.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

What we collect. To fulfill an order or answer an inquiry we collect the name, work email, organization, shipping address, and order details you provide. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy terms; we do not store card numbers on our servers.
Why we collect it. To process orders, provide certificates of analysis, respond to inquiries, and — if you opt in — to send research updates and sale notifications.
Who we share it with. Only the parties needed to complete an order: our payment processor (Stripe), our contracted analytical laboratory when providing a certificate of analysis, and the shipping carrier. We do not sell customer data. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing.
Newsletter. If you subscribe (footer signup, register-form checkbox, or Stripe checkout opt-in), we store your email, source, and opt-in timestamp. Every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link that immediately marks your address as opted-out.
Retention. Order records are retained for the period required by tax and export-control law. Account records are retained while your account is active plus a reasonable grace period. Unsubscribed newsletter records are retained only as a suppression list to prevent re-sending.
Your rights. Contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We honor GDPR data-subject requests for EEA/UK residents and CCPA opt-out requests for California residents.
Cookies. A single first-party session cookie is set when you sign in. No third-party advertising cookies are used on this site.

Wrong item, damaged, or out-of-spec. If a shipment arrives damaged, missing an item, or does not match the certificate of analysis, notify us within 7 days of delivery at . We will replace the material at no charge, including return shipping if a return is required, or issue a full refund.
Order not yet shipped. Contact us before 14:00 ET on the day the order was placed and we will cancel and refund in full.
Change of mind — unopened, sealed vials. We accept returns of unopened, sealed vials in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection, less the original card processing fee.
Non-returnable. Opened or reconstituted vials, ancillary consumables (BAC water) once shipped, and any material that has left cold-chain storage are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback. Nearly every issue can be resolved faster by email than through the card network.
All returns and refunds are handled by the same team that placed your order. No forms, no queue.
